Asake Live in Kenya
Bruce & Sharp Entertainment and De Hunters Africa brought a rising Asake to Nairobi for a sold-out outdoor spectacle — 2022, before the world knew his name.
How Asake Live in Kenya came together.
Abiola Oderinde, Founder, Hunter TV Africa
Nairobi was always on the vision board. When Bruce & Sharp Entertainment called and said ‘let’s bring Asake to Kenya,’ I didn’t hesitate for a second.
Diamond Plaza Parklands in Nairobi became the setting for something special. Asake was still in his early career stage, making waves and building momentum. There was no ‘Lonely At The Top’ yet, no global arena tours. He was hungry, electric, and ready to prove himself on an East African stage.
Asake gave Nairobi everything he had — raw energy, undeniable talent, and the kind of stage presence that told you this kid was about to change the game. From 5pm till late, the crowd never sat down.
This was our second major East African concert after AfroDJ Fest, and it solidified Hunter TV Africa’s presence on the continent beyond West Africa. Kenya, we’ll be back.
